Case Studies on Best Environmental Practices in Hotel Industry
The BEP was applied in a selection of hotels, located in different Moroccan regions, with the support of the staff of the Ministry of Tourism (DRDQ) and local auditors. The implementation of the BEP was based on an operational and technical diagnosis of departments of the hotel. The aim was to identify opportunities for optimising the hotel activities while reducing its operating costs and its environmental impacts.
